The Bride

Dawn is a Deputy for the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office in Warrenton, VA. She graduated from Culpeper County High School in 2004 & got her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Gibbs College in December 2005.

The Groom

Ross is a Network Specialist for GWA-Datatrac in Chantilly, VA. He graduated from Fauquier High School in 2004 & attended Virginia Intermont College for 2 years majoring first in Culinary Arts, then changing to Business Management.

How We Met

We met on May 26, 2007 at the Walmart in Warrenton. I was shopping with my mom, Ross was shopping with John Deal. We saw each other from across the way & couldn't stop staring! I knew John from Elementary School & jumped out to say hello - hoping for an introduction! John introduced us & that's when it all began. After chatting for a few minutes, I went to find my mom & they went out to the truck. Before they even got out of the parking lot, Ross stopped & sent John back inside to get my number for him. I gave it to him & he said they were planning on having a bonfire so they'd give me a call. I ended up going to the bonfire that night & we've been inseparable ever since!
